Errant: Soul Hunter Tips and Tricks – How to Easily Get Money and Change your Skill!

Errant: Hunter’s Soul is a fun MMORPG game that is a bit like Monster Hunter. It is a good game honestly, apart from the unbearable misunderstanding of each quest.

Well, since it hasn’t been announced that this game (Errant: Hunter’s Soul) will be having its first global release, i figure that i can give you some of the tips and tricks so that you can clearly enjoy the game play.

1. HourGlass!

For those that don’t know this. Fishing and cooking will each cost Hourglass. You will get a set amount of hourglass each day, that can be use to do so much thing, from treasure hunting, to fishing or cooking. You can see how much hourglass that you have on your status by simply clicking the top left corner of your screen (The Emblem).

It also contain information of your character such as how much like you had receive from hunting with your friends, and so on. In the picture, i had 263 Hourglass left!

2. Set Your Title for More Stats!

If you are a gamer, then you must have known about this tips. This type of MMORPG got a thing called Title that can be obtained by simply completing an achievement. You can select it from your status on the top left corner of your screen (The emblem).

Tap the red box from the above and set your title on the right screen. Now, because i don’t know any Chinese language, i don’t know any of the translation meaning. Which mean that you will have to randomize your stats, but the +1 / +2 stats will be useful.

3. How to Easily Get Money

The simplest thing to get money is by finishing up a quest. Especially the main quest which will give you an enormous amount of money and exp. If however you are like me, buying all the stuff that you can without minding the future quest (because there are 1 where you need to upgrade your armor and stuff and you need money to do that) then you are in a bad luck. Because in this game, money is so hard to find. You will need to be lvl 40 to easily unlock a quest that can give you money. However before that you will need to use another way.

You can get easy money by selling all the stuff that you get from one run, but it will be such a waste to sell those monster loots. Another one is by fishing, fishing is honestly a good choice if you really need money.

If you are lucky, you can sell a fish for 1200 silver coins. Which is a lot, considering 1 bait is only 150. If not, you can use the gold coin which is 10x the amount of silver coins (480 Gold coins will be 4800 Silver coins), which is in fact easier to acquire because you can sell item on the market.

4. Change Your Skill?

Each weapon has 3 skill that they can use and utilize except for the slow heavy sword / great sword (charging skill). Each skill can be changed, to 3 other more skill. You can change it in the menu button as you can see in above and then tap the helmet icon.

Inside, you will see the skill and the weapon that you had. If you tap one, you will see a video and the skill beside. You might notice that the skill is unlocked by the “????????” on the right. So you will need to unlock it.

Honestly until right now, i don’t really know how to unlock the skill, but i got the theory behind it. Each character that you see in the game that has a “swords” icon on the map is the tutor. If you can get their heart meter to a certain degree, it will unlocked the skill and they will teach you. However, you will still need to level the skill first before you can use them.

So there you have it, 4 guides to make your game play much more enjoyable.
