If you didn’t know yet, Gamescom is one of the world’s largest gaming expo in the year world wide, and last night, they held its annual awards ceremony. The event included a best mobile game category and Handy Games’s recent release Battle Chaser: Nightwar win it.

Though it seems that the developer is pretty stoked about the award, they even thank the reddit community directly to the Android Gaming. Battle Chaser: Nightwar is a new mobile JRPG game that is originally made for console.

The developer said that the game’s inspiration is from the likes of the SNES and Sega Megadrive game. It is also said that the game is from the same universe as the hit comic Battle Chasers that is launched back in the late 90s.

The game follow the story of a young girl called Gully that puts together a team of mighty heroes called Garrison, Calibretto, Red Mobika, and Knollan. They tries to find her missing dad. You will be up in the world of dungeon, magic and swords, and use your ability to dive deep in to the dungeon.

The gameplay include the classic turn based battle, where you will be attacking your enemies one by one and try to defeat them in a battle of strength.
