Valentina is probably one of the most anticipated heroes in Mobile Legends, mainly because she has the ability to steal/copy the enemies heroes. The first time she is leaked by a bunch of Mobile Legends leakers, there have been many people that stated that the hero is very similar to Rubick. However, Her skill alone is already very terrifying which makes it different from Rubick that are mainly used as a supporter in the game.

Valentina has 3 interesting skills with 1 passive. Each skill complements one another, making her one of the best burst damage dealer/reapers in the game. Here are the skill explanations:

Passive: Primal Force

Valentina gains EXP each time she hits an enemy Hero with a skill. If the enemy hero’s level is lower than or equal to Valentina’s, part of the damage dealt will be converted into her HP.

Skill 1:  Shadow Strike

Valentina launches a Shadow Strike on a fan-shaped area ahead, dealing Magic Damage to enemies hit and slowing them. Also applies a Shadow Sigil to enemy heroes hit. Marked enemies that are hit by [Shadow Strike] again will be confused.

Skill 2: Arcane Shade

Valentina dashes in a designated direction and fires 3 Shadow Bolts to the nearest enemy, each Shadow Bolt dealing Magic Damage. Each time a Shadow Bolt hits an enemy hero, the cooldown of [Shadow Strike] is reduced. This skill can be cast 2 times.

Skill 3: I Am You

Valentina siphons the power of a designated enemy hero and slows them. The siphoned power allows Valentina to cast the enemy’s Ultimate. When casting the enemy’s Ultimate, Valentina will turn into the enemy hero’s form and inherit their Basic Attack type. If the enemy hero is a Physical Damage hero, Valentina will gain an extra Physical Attacks based on her Magic Power until she turns back to her original form.

Skill Analysis:

For me personally, as someone that uses mage heroes often, there are 3 things that most mages lack, Mobility, HP, and Lastly the ability to support other heroes in a team fight. Most mages lack one of those things, but Valentina has all of it. With what she lacks, she could take it from the enemies and make it her own by using her ultimates, making her one of the worst and probably counter pick for all heroes in Mobile Legends.

Not only that, because her passive enables her to gain more exp than the other heroes in the game, which makes her very annoying to deal with in the early game. She doesn’t have any other playstyle that would complement most of her skills sets except for aggressive, the more heroes that annoy her, the more she thrives, making her perfect in the bot or gold lane “ALONE” without any other heroes to support. Not only that, because of the skills that enable her to regen her health, Blinks twice, and CC the enemies for 2s at max she is able to survive in any condition including hyper-aggressive gameplay that most players use recently.

For those that love to play aggressively alone and dominate the fight in the early game. Valentina is definitely your first pick. What do you think about Valentina? Comment down below and let us know what you think about her!
