CobaltB, New Simulacra in Tower of Fantasy, Skill and Weapon!

Just like Genshin Impact and other games, Tower of Fantasy developed by Level Infinite also follows the same update system. Where the players will get new character updates who have skills and abilities that are OP enough to get various benefits in the game. In an update that will be released on October 6, a new banner for the Tower of Fantasy will be released for a character named CobaltB.

CobaltB, New Tower of Fantasy Character Who Uses Firearms!

Cobalt-B is known to be an Engineer who can make weapons using her feelings, not by theory and calculations alone. She had never been trained in combat, but her instincts were perfect, making her quite effective in battle.

Cobalt-B Weapons and Skills in Tower of Fantasy Games

As one of the few playable characters to take on the role of a direct damage dealer, Cobalt B will wield a Blazing Revolver in her arsenal. This Simulacra possesses the Flame element, and its Shatter rating is a B while its Charge rating is an A.

Cobalt-B Skills:

Demolition Grenade (Attack + Hold Attack)

• During a normal combo attack, Cobalt-B can press the attack button to deal 107.2% + 5 Ranged Damage to enemies in front of her.

Barrage (Skills)

• Deals an attack to a target in the specified area, dealing damage equal to 700% of the attack and 35 damage.

Multiple Grenades (Discharge)

• When the weapon’s charge is full or the player triggers Phantasia, the player can switch to the Blazing Revolver weapon to release 3 Grenades and deal 598.5% attack + 30 Damage with a knockup effect.
