Is Xfinity Mobile by Comcast Good, Here are 4 Main Problems

Although the app stated that it is rated #1 by ACSI in overall app quality, Xfinity Mobile is not that good. The app that can be used to check how much data you’ve used, switch between unlimited data option and more has many flaws in it. Why is Xfinity Mobile by Comcast No Good

1. Crash a lot

Brent Taylor stated that the app constantly crashes. The app always says there was a problem and to try again later.

You can’t even test its speed and can’t connect to it. The phone has terrible static and Because of the static noise, no one can hear him talk.

2. Customer Service is Horrible

One person stated that they’ve talked to customer service a few times in the last 24 hours, but the customer service hasn’t been a to help him.

When she called to get a security pin for porting my number, his service was immediately cut off.

3. Only Good to Take your money

The only thing you can do with this app pays your bill. Chatting does not work at all.

Then, when you call customer service, they send you to Comcast Internet. You have to wait an hour to talk to the mobile network, and when you do,

4. Doesn’t Work At All
