Genshin Impact Newest Cryo Character Layla

Genshin Impact version 3.2 – Akasha Pulse, The Kapla Flame Rises presents an event that releases 2 new characters in the game, which is Nahida and Layla. This ongoing event presents Layla, who is a Cryo user who uses her sword to kill enemies.

Layla herself is an Academic who worked with Theoretical Astrology under Rtawaist Darshan and studied Illuminationism which essentially is a combination of astrology and astronomy. This is because Layla as a scientist wants to uncover the mysteries of the universe.

Genshin Impact Newest Character Layla Comes with Her Cryo Damage

This may be a very difficult thing because Layla herself admits this until she experiences symptoms of sleep deprivation and somnambulism or sleepwalking.  When she is asleep, Layla has a thirst for blood. This earned her the nicknames “Sleepwalking Eccentric”, Human Calculator, and Heaven Sent Thesis with more and more nicknames growing.

Layla will use her sword weapon to kill enemies by issuing 3 consecutive attacks which can be used to deal massive damage. When charged, Layla can issue 2 fast attacks on enemies. She will take out her sword and issue AoE Cryo damage using her skills, moreover, her skills will give her a Night Stars effect similar to Homing Missle to deal more damage.

Layla’s Elemental Skill allows her to protect herself and her team from damage, and Burst Celestial Dreamsphere which can be used to deal damage to enemies in succession. You can pull Layla right now in Genshin Impact!
