The OnePlus 12, the highly anticipated successor to the OnePlus 9, is rumored to be launched in China in December 2023. While OnePlus has not yet confirmed anything about the OnePlus 12, tipster Max Jambor has backed up the claim of a December launch in China.

However, this does not necessarily mean that the OnePlus 12 will also be launched internationally in December. It’s possible that the global release could happen a few weeks or months after the China launch.

The OnePlus 12 is expected to be powered by the yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, which promises to offer significant improvements in performance and power efficiency. It is also rumored to come with a 6.7-inch 120Hz QHD+ OLED display and a 5,000mAh battery with 100W or 150W fast charging.

In terms of camera, the OnePlus 12 is said to feature a 32MP selfie camera and a rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide sensor, and a 64MP periscope unit.

While these leaked specifications are exciting, it’s important to take them with a grain of salt until OnePlus confirms them. The 12 series is still several months away from launch, and we can expect to hear more rumors and leaks about the device in the coming months. Stay tuned for more updates on this highly anticipated smartphone release.
