Wuthering Waves Guide, How to Check and Calculate the Pity System for 5-Star Characters!
Here’s the article regarding Wuthering Waves Guide, How to Check and Calculate the Pity System for 5-Star Characters! Wuthering Waves is a gacha game where you spend money to buy tokens and pull from banners to obtain valuable Resonators. If luck isn’t on your side with RNG, the pity system ensures that you eventually get a 5-star Resonator.
Understanding the pity system can be confusing, especially figuring out how many pulls are needed to activate it. However, calculating pity is actually straightforward, and we’ll walk you through it below.
Wuthering Waves Guide – How to Check Pulls and Calculate Pity
- Checking Your Last Pull
- Navigate to the desired banner and select “history.”
- This will display your pull history.
- Scroll through each page until you find your last 5-star pull and note how many pulls are listed after this 5-star pull.
- Calculating Recent Pulls After Obtaining Your 5-Star Character:
- For example, if your last 5-star pull is the fifth in the list, it means there are four pulls after it.
- Calculate how many pulls are listed on one full page and multiply by the number of full pages.
- Check How Many Pulls Are Left Until 50/50 and Guaranteed 5-Star Choice
- Each page can hold a maximum of five items. So, if you have four full pages before your 5-star pull page, calculate four pages multiplied by five items, giving you 20 pulls.
- Add this number to the pulls listed after your last 5-star pull. For instance, 20 plus four results in 24 pulls.
With this number, you can calculate how many pulls you need to reach the first 50/50 pity by subtracting your current number of pulls from 80. After reaching the initial 80 pulls, you are guaranteed to receive a 5-star item or Resonator, but there’s a 50% chance it will be from the Wuthering Waves banner.
This is known as 50/50 pity. If you don’t get a 5-star Resonator from the banner, you are guaranteed to get one after another 80 pulls (totaling 160 pulls). Understanding and calculating the pity system in Wuthering Waves can make your gameplay experience more strategic. By knowing how many pulls are needed to activate pity, you can plan better and maximize your chances of obtaining the desired Resonator.
