Rivalite Ore Location Guide

Rivalite is one of the ores players hunt the most because it’s tied to several important crafts and upgrades. The tricky part is that this ore does not drop from common rocks. It only appears in two types of nodes:

• Basalt Veins
• Volcanic Rocks

If you’re mining anywhere else, you won’t find it. So the key is focusing only on these two node types from the start.

Best Spots and How to Farm Faster

1. Use Luck and Miner Potions

Before you begin, drink both Luck Potions and Miner Potions.
These two boosts make a noticeable difference. You will break rocks faster, and the ore drop rate becomes better, making the grind feel smoother.

2. Head to the Basalt Vein Spawn

There is a spot in the map where Basalt Veins spawn at 100%. If you’ve reached this place before, go straight there. The drop rate is decent, but Rivalite shows up more consistently in volcanic rocks.

3. Mine Volcanic Rocks for Higher Chances

While both nodes can drop Rivalite, Volcanic Rocks have the better chance overall.
Most players, including the creator of the original info, find Rivalite far more often from these.

During a boosted run, you might spot a Rivalite chunk inside a volcanic rock after only a few checks. Once you see the purple glow or the ore shape inside, fully mine it to pick up your Rivalite. Sometimes you’ll also get another material like Fire Ore as a bonus.
