How to Unlock the Cell Portal

To even have a chance at getting Cell, you must first unlock the new portal system tied to this update.

Complete Story and Legend Stages

Before anything else, you must:

• Finish all new Story stages
• Clear all new Legend stages

Without completing both, the Cell portal will not be accessible.

Farming the Portal Key

After finishing the Legend stages:

• Farm Act 3 in the Legend stages
• The key has a 25% drop rate
• This key functions like a portal item

Using this key opens the Cell portal, starting from Tier 1.

Understanding Portal Tiers and Drop Rates

Cell does not drop from early tiers. You must progress through multiple portal tiers.

• Rejects all old passives and replaces them with pure damage scaling
