The Black Reaper Fighting Style in Sailor Piece is already considered one of the strongest melee options in the latest Tokyo Ghoul update. It has massive AoE damage, powerful combo attacks, and excellent performance for raids, boss fights, and late-game grinding.
However, many players do not realize that the strongest skill, the F Move, is locked behind an additional mastery questline. Even after obtaining Black Reaper, you still need to complete several difficult requirements before the final move becomes available.

Where to Start the F Move Quest
Before starting the questline, you must already own the Black Reaper Fighting Style. Once you have unlocked it, head back to Isolation Island in Sea 2. Go to the main building located in the center of the island, then climb to the top of the dome structure.
There, you will find the Reaper Master NPC. Interact with this NPC to begin the F Move unlock questline. The NPC gives players three separate missions that must all be completed before the F Skill becomes available.
Quest 1 – Defeat 25 Medium Black Reaper Bosses
The first challenge requires players to defeat the Black Reaper Boss on Medium difficulty 25 times. This is one of the longest parts of the grind because every Medium summon costs 2 Reaper Keys. That means you will need around 50 Reaper Keys total just to complete this quest requirement.
Since Reaper Keys only drop from Ghoul Master enemies on Isolation Island, many players spend hours farming before they can finish enough boss runs. To speed things up, it is recommended to:
- Farm Reaper Keys in low-population servers
- Use AoE builds for faster mob clearing
- Team up with other players for quicker boss kills
- Stockpile keys before starting the quest
The Medium difficulty boss has much more HP than Normal mode, so efficient damage builds will make the process far easier.
Quest 2 – Get the Ghoul Bloodline
The second quest requires obtaining the Ghoul Bloodline through the reroll system. Open the settings menu and continue using Bloodline Stones until the Ghoul Bloodline appears. This part mostly depends on luck, so some players may finish quickly while others need many rerolls.
Because reroll resources can disappear fast, it is better to save a large number of Bloodline Stones before starting this step. Some players prefer waiting for luck events or increased reroll rate events to make the process easier.
Quest 3 – Reach Black Reaper Mastery 250
The final requirement is increasing your Black Reaper mastery level to 250. This can take a long time if you only farm regular enemies, so many players use faster mastery farming methods instead.
One of the most popular strategies is farming Minotaur enemies because defeating a single Minotaur counts as 100 kills toward mastery progression. Compared to grinding normal mobs, this method is significantly faster and more efficient.
Raids and boss farming can also help increase mastery while simultaneously farming other useful materials.
Rewards for Unlocking the F Move
After completing all three quests, the F Move for Black Reaper will automatically unlock. This skill is currently one of the strongest attacks in Sailor Piece because it deals extremely high AoE damage with a very large attack range. The F Skill can deal up to 1 Trillion damage, making it extremely useful for:
- Raid farming
- Boss fights
- PvE grinding
- Clearing large enemy groups
- Endgame content in Sea 2
In addition to unlocking the move itself, players also receive a 30% damage buff for the Black Reaper Fighting Style after finishing the full questline.
