Unseen Liminality Badges Guide – How to Unlock All Common & Secret Badges!
Exploring the strange worlds of Unseen Liminality is rewarding on its own, but players looking for 100% completion will also want to collect every badge available in the game. Some badges are earned naturally by progressing through the different levels, while others require finding hidden secrets tucked away throughout the game’s environments. Currently, there are eight badges available in Unseen Liminality. This guide explains how to unlock every badge and what you need to do to earn them.
All Discovery Badges

Discovery badges are tied directly to exploration and progression. As you reach new areas and levels, these badges are automatically awarded.
1. Lobby Badge
The Lobby badge is the easiest badge to obtain in the game.
Players receive it immediately after spawning into the starting level, also known as Level 0. Since every playthrough begins here, this badge is impossible to miss and serves as your first achievement in Unseen Liminality.
2. Liminal Hotel Badge
After exploring the endless yellow hallways of The Lobby, your next goal is to find the transition leading to the hotel level.
Once you successfully locate the correct exit route and enter the hotel area, the Liminal Hotel badge will unlock automatically. This badge is awarded the moment the new level loads.
3. Pool Rooms Badge
The Pool Rooms badge becomes available after progressing through the hotel.
To reach this level, continue exploring Terror Hotel while managing your sanity and avoiding unnecessary distractions. Eventually, you will discover the route leading down into the flooded tiled environments known as the Pool Rooms. Entering the area grants the badge.
4. Dead Mall Badge
The Dead Mall badge is awarded after reaching one of the largest areas currently available in the game.
Players can access the mall by progressing through the Pool Rooms and following the deeper pathways hidden within the level. Once you arrive in the abandoned shopping center, the badge will automatically be added to your collection.
5. Dream Core Badge
Dream Core is one of the game’s hidden sub-levels and requires a little extra exploration.
While wandering through The Lobby, search for unusual doors or pathways that seem out of place compared to the surrounding office environment. Finding the entrance to Dream Core and entering the area will unlock this special badge.
6. The Promised Future Badge
This badge currently serves as one of the game’s endgame achievements.
To unlock it, thoroughly explore the Dead Mall and search for the furthest accessible sections of the map. Eventually, you’ll discover the final boundary area hidden deep within maintenance corridors and back hallways. Reaching this location rewards you with The Promised Future badge.
Secret and Easter Egg Badges
Unlike discovery badges, these achievements require players to find hidden objects scattered throughout the game.
1. Meet Bob Badge
The Meet Bob badge is earned by locating a hidden Bob Balloon.
These floating balloons can appear in tucked-away locations throughout several areas of the game. They are often hidden in corners, side rooms, or secret sections that many players overlook during normal exploration.
Once you find the balloon, simply walk into it to unlock the badge.
2. EVIL DUCK Badge
EVIL DUCK is considered one of the rarest badges currently available in Unseen Liminality.
To obtain it, players must search the Pool Rooms for a hidden black rubber duck featuring red eyes and small devil horns. The duck is concealed inside a difficult-to-find location, often hidden behind structures or placed in hard-to-reach sections of the level.
Touching the duck immediately unlocks the badge.
Tips for Collecting Every Badge
While most progression badges unlock naturally, secret badges can take significantly longer to find. Make sure to explore every side room, inspect unusual objects, and revisit previous levels whenever possible.
Dream Core, Meet Bob, and EVIL DUCK are the achievements most players miss during their first playthrough because they require active exploration rather than simply following the main path. It can also help to explore with friends, as additional players may notice hidden entrances or objects that you might overlook on your own.
Collecting every badge in Unseen Liminality encourages players to explore every corner of the game’s strange and atmospheric environments. While badges like Lobby and Liminal Hotel are earned naturally through progression, others such as Dream Core, Meet Bob, and EVIL DUCK reward players who take the time to search beyond the main route.
If you’re aiming for full completion, make sure you’ve unlocked Lobby, Liminal Hotel, Pool Rooms, Dead Mall, Dream Core, The Promised Future, Meet Bob, and EVIL DUCK. Earning all eight badges is currently one of the best ways to experience everything Unseen Liminality has to offer.
