One of the main requirements is the Original Sun Jin Wu Spec. Fortunately, this item isn’t very difficult to obtain. The NPC related to the original spec is also located on West Mountain Island, and you’ll mainly need to farm the Double Dungeon for its drops.
If you’ve already been running the dungeon regularly, you may already have most of the materials needed.
How to Farm Monarch Fragments and Monarch Armor
Both Monarch Fragments and Monarch Armor are obtained from the Double Dungeon Raid.
These items have a better chance of dropping on higher difficulty levels, so players looking to unlock Shadow Monarch SJW quickly should focus on the harder versions of the raid.
Since you’ll need 20 Monarch Fragments, expect to run the dungeon multiple times before collecting everything.
How to Unlock the Night Walker Race
The Night Walker Race comes from the Shadow Boss.

Most of the new skills look decent, although some animations could have been better. The Beru summon is one of the more interesting moves, but the animation finishes very quickly, making it less impactful than expected.
The Igris summon also feels somewhat basic, and many players believe a purple color scheme would have matched the Shadow Monarch theme better.
The ultimate cutscene is serviceable but not particularly memorable. It mainly zooms in on the character before visual effects appear, without offering much in the way of cinematic animation.
