The Majestic Egg is one of the most valuable limited eggs in Greedy Growers. It can hatch five different pets, including the rare Pegasus, which is currently the only pet from this egg that can be used as a flying mount.
Normally, the Majestic Egg can be purchased from the Shop with Robux. However, free-to-play players have two other ways to get one: the Spin Wheel and the Magpie pet. Here is how both methods work and what you can hatch from the Majestic Egg.
How to Get the Majestic Egg for Free
There are two main free methods for obtaining the Majestic Egg:
- Spin Wheel
- Magpie pet
The Spin Wheel is the more direct method, but its Majestic Egg reward has a very low chance. The Magpie method is more passive because its ability can occasionally find pet eggs for you. If you do not want to spend Robux, it is worth working toward both methods so you have more opportunities to obtain the egg.
How to Unlock the Spin Wheel
The Spin Wheel is located next to the Pets Shop in Greedy Growers. You cannot use it immediately after starting the game, though. You first need to complete 5 Rebirths.
The fifth Rebirth requires $100T, so this method is mainly aimed at players who have already made significant progress. After completing your fifth Rebirth, the Spin Wheel becomes available and you can use your Farmer’s Tickets to spin for rewards.
The possible Spin Wheel rewards are:
- 50 Farmer’s Tickets — 50% chance
- Prediction Potion — 30% chance
- 3 Fruit Baskets — 15% chance
- Random Weather Event — 2.5% chance
- 500 Farmer’s Tickets — 2% chance
- Majestic Egg — 0.5% chance
The Majestic Egg has only a 0.5% chance of appearing as your Spin Wheel reward, so you should not expect to get it after only a few spins.
However, this is still a completely free way to obtain the egg if you have enough Farmer’s Tickets and are willing to keep trying.
How to Get the Magpie Pet
The second free method involves the Magpie, a Legendary pet with a useful passive ability. Magpie can be hatched from the Mythic Egg, which has a 28% chance to hatch a Magpie. You can purchase a Mythic Egg from the Pet Shop for:
- 2,000 Farmer’s Tickets
Once you obtain a Magpie, place it on your plot to activate its passive.
The Magpie can occasionally find pet eggs while it is active. There is also a 0.025% chance for it to find a Majestic Egg.
Because the chance is extremely low, this method requires patience. However, you can increase your overall opportunities by equipping multiple Magpies on your plot if you have access to them.
Which Free Method Is Better?
Both methods have advantages, but they work very differently.
- The Spin Wheel gives you a direct chance to win a Majestic Egg. Its 0.5% chance is low, but you can keep spinning as long as you have enough Farmer’s Tickets.
- The Magpie method is more passive. After getting the pet, you can leave it working on your plot and let its ability search for eggs.
A good approach is to work toward both methods rather than relying on just one.
For example:
- Complete your 5 Rebirths.
- Save Farmer’s Tickets for Spin Wheel attempts.
- Work toward getting Magpie pets.
- Place Magpies on your plot.
- Keep playing while waiting for the passive egg finds.
- Use both methods for additional chances at a Majestic Egg.
What Pets Can Hatch From the Majestic Egg?
The Majestic Egg can hatch five different pets. Each one has a different rarity and passive ability. The hatch chances are:
- Flamingo — 45%
- Hedgehog — 35%
- Elephant — 15%
- Horse — 4.5%
- Pegasus — 0.5%
The Pegasus is by far the rarest pet in the egg, with only a 0.5% hatch chance.
Flamingo
Hatch Chance: 45%
Flamingo is the most common pet available from the Majestic Egg.
Its passive ability makes fruits grow larger. The effect becomes 1.5x stronger for each additional Flamingo you have.
This means players who collect multiple Flamingos can further improve the effect of their passive.
Hedgehog
Hatch Chance: 35%
Hedgehog has a more utility-focused ability.
Its passive can occasionally find a random Worm, giving you an additional way to obtain this type of item without having to constantly search for one yourself.
Its 35% hatch chance makes it the second most common pet in the Majestic Egg.
Elephant
Hatch Chance: 15%
Elephant is considerably rarer than Flamingo and Hedgehog.
Its passive provides a small chance to apply the unique Ivory Mutation to seeds when they are planted.
This makes Elephant an interesting option for players who want to focus on mutations and improving their farming setup.
Horse
Hatch Chance: 4.5%
Horse is one of the rare pets from the Majestic Egg, with only a 4.5% chance to hatch.
Its passive lowers the trait timers of your other pets, which can make your overall pet setup more efficient.
Horse can also be mounted and ridden, giving you another way to move around the map.
Pegasus
Hatch Chance: 0.5%
Pegasus is the rarest pet in the Majestic Egg, with only a 0.5% hatch chance.
Its passive buffs the stats of your other pets, making it useful even when you are not using it as a mount.
The biggest feature, however, is that Pegasus can be mounted and flown. This makes it one of the most desirable pets from the Majestic Egg, especially for players who want a flying mount.
The Majestic Egg is one of the most interesting limited eggs in Greedy Growers because it contains five useful pets and provides access to the rare Pegasus.
If you want to get one without spending Robux, your main options are the Spin Wheel and Magpie. The Spin Wheel gives a 0.5% chance of getting the egg, while Magpie has a 0.025% chance of finding one through its passive ability.
Once you finally get a Majestic Egg, the possible pets are Flamingo, Hedgehog, Elephant, Horse, and Pegasus. Pegasus has the lowest hatch chance at 0.5%, but its pet-stat buff and flying mount ability make it the biggest prize in the egg.
