Aniimo Prismana Guide: How the New Nurture System Works!

The Nurture system in Aniimo has received several major changes, making it easier to hunt Prismana Animo and understand when they can appear. The system still revolves around Blooms, outbreaks, and Prismatic Energy, but the new mechanics give players more control over which Animo can appear during an outbreak.

If you’re planning to collect Prismana Animo, knowing how Nurture works is important. You will also need to manage your Essence, Shards, and free Nurture charges carefully to avoid wasting resources.

What Is the Nurture System?

Across the world of Aniimo, you can find special locations called Blooms. These flowers can be nurtured to trigger an Animo outbreak in the surrounding area.

During an outbreak, you need to capture the Animo that appear before the timer ends. Once the outbreak is finished, the Bloom releases Prismana Energy and increases the Prismatic Energy State of that area.

As the Prismatic Energy State becomes higher, the chance of a Prismana Animo appearing also increases. This means you may get one early, but you can also need several Nurture attempts before reaching the required energy level.

How to Unlock Nurture

You cannot immediately use Nurture when starting the game. First, you need to earn the Bronze Capture Badge for the area you want to use it in.

The map shows the Animo you need to capture for each area and your progress toward the Bronze Capture Badge. Once you have the required badge, you can begin using the Bloom in that region.

To find a Bloom, open the map and select the option for delivering Lumen Embers. From there, you can see the available Bloom locations and choose the one you want to use.

How to Start a Nurture

After selecting a Bloom, choose the Nurture option near the bottom-left of the screen. You can also check the Prismana Animo associated with an area through the map.

The silhouettes shown on the map can help you identify which Prismana Animo can appear there. This is useful if you’re looking for a specific creature instead of activating random Blooms.

Starting a Nurture requires Vain Essence Stones, although you also receive free Nurture charges.

Free Nurture Charges

The new system gives you three free Nurture charges. Once you use one, another charge will slowly recharge each day.

Because of this, try not to let your free charges remain at the maximum amount for too long. Keeping the number around zero or one gives you more room to receive the next daily recharge.

You can use either a free Nurture or Vain Essence to activate the Bloom. The result does not change based on which option you use.

What Are Shards?

One of the biggest changes to Nurture is the addition of Shards. Shards are special items that can be placed inside a Bloom before starting an outbreak. They come in different elemental types, and the type of Shard you use affects which Animo can appear during the outbreak.

This gives you more control over the creatures you encounter compared to simply starting an outbreak without any preparation.

You can get Shards in two main ways:

• Buy them from the shop at the Base Camp.
• Find them while breaking objects such as jars, stumps, and other environmental items.

Shards are also relatively cheap to purchase, costing around 5,000 Coins each. Because of this low price, buying them from the Base Camp is usually an easy option if you want to target specific Animo.

You can also skip using a Shard completely. Not using one does not reduce the amount of Prismatic Energy you gain. The main difference is that you lose control over which Animo appear.

Starting an Animo Outbreak

Once you’ve selected your Bloom and decided whether to use a Shard, activate the Nurture using your available resource.

An outbreak will then begin, giving you a limited amount of time to capture the Animo that appear.

Make sure you look around the entire area. Some Animo can blend into the environment, and missing one can be easy if you are not paying attention.

If you see the circle indicator still active after you think you’ve captured everything, it usually means another Animo is hiding somewhere nearby.

Increasing Prismatic Energy

Every Animo you successfully capture contributes to the Prismatic Energy State of the area.

After the outbreak ends and you release the Bloom, the energy you’ve earned is added to the area’s current state. There is also a chance to get a Lucky Catch, which provides an additional boost to the Prismatic Energy State.

Lucky Catches are rare, so you should not rely on them when planning your Nurture runs. However, getting one can significantly reduce the amount of work needed to reach the next stage.

Prismana Spawn Chances

Every Nurture has a chance to produce a Prismana Animo. However, that chance becomes better as the Prismatic Energy State reaches higher tiers.

The number of Nurture attempts required can vary. Sometimes a Prismana will appear very early, while other times you may need to keep nurturing the Bloom until the energy reaches its maximum.

Once the energy reaches full, the Prismana spawn becomes guaranteed.

This works like a pity system, giving you a guaranteed result after enough successful Nurture runs instead of leaving everything entirely to chance.

Prismatic Energy Tiers

The Bloom can progress through several different tiers. The current colors are:

• Green
• Blue
• Purple
• Orange

Higher tiers do more than increase the chance of getting a Prismana. They can also improve the chance of evolved Animo appearing during outbreaks.

The color you receive cannot be manually selected. It is determined randomly based on the current Prismatic Energy State of the Bloom.

The higher your energy gets, the more valuable the potential outbreak becomes, helping compensate for the amount of Vain Essence you may need to spend.

Weather Can Change the Animo

Weather is another factor that can affect what appears during an outbreak.

For example, rainy weather can allow certain special Animo to appear. Because of this, it is worth checking the current conditions before starting a Nurture if you’re hunting for specific creatures.

This also means that not every outbreak will necessarily have the same selection of Animo.

How to Find a Prismana Animo

The Prismana tracking system is much easier to understand than it was during the beta.

When a Prismana Animo spawns, the game will interrupt you and open the map. It will then show you the exact location of the Prismana.

During the beta test, players mainly had to rely on a large light in the sky to locate the creature. The new system provides a much clearer location marker, making it much harder to miss a Prismana spawn.

Once you receive the location, travel there and capture the Prismana using your preferred Anipod.

Should You Fight Prismana?

There is little reason to make Prismana encounters more complicated than necessary.

Using an Anipod to capture the Prismana directly is recommended instead of starting a battle. Fighting can create unnecessary problems, especially when dealing with a rare spawn that you have spent a lot of resources trying to find.

Prepare your Anipods before starting a Nurture run so you’re ready when the Prismana finally appears.

Watch Out for Umbra Forms

There is another rare encounter you should keep an eye out for while farming Blooms.

New Umbra forms can appear in the wild, and they are worth capturing whenever you encounter one.

These Umbra forms come with perfect stats regardless of the Anipod you use to capture them. Because of that, finding one can be extremely valuable, even if it is not the particular Animo you were originally searching for.

Don’t ignore an Umbra spawn just because you’re focused on Prismana.

Can You Make Money From Nurture?

You can potentially recover some of the Coins spent on Anipods when turning in your completed log.

Using Blue Anipods or lower can therefore help you recover the money spent on captures during normal farming.

However, this does not mean Nurture is an easy money-making method. Vain Essence can be expensive and difficult to obtain, especially when you need to perform enough Nurtures to reach a full Prismatic Energy State.

If you have to complete a full run before getting your Prismana, the cost of the Vain Essence can outweigh the Coins recovered from your captures.

Tips for Farming Prismana

A few simple habits can make Nurture farming easier:

• Unlock the Bronze Capture Badge before trying to use Nurture.
• Keep your free Nurture charges from staying at the maximum.
• Buy Shards from Base Camp if you want more control over the outbreak.
• Check the available Prismana silhouettes before choosing a Bloom.
• Search the entire area during an outbreak so you don’t miss hidden Animo.
• Pay attention to weather conditions.
• Save enough Anipods before starting a Nurture run.
• Check for Umbra forms during your farming sessions.
• Keep an eye on your Vain Essence supply before attempting a long Prismatic Energy run.

The updated Nurture system makes Prismana hunting more straightforward than it was during the beta. Players now have clearer information about where Prismana Animo spawn, while Shards provide additional control over the Animo that appear during outbreaks.

The system still requires some patience because Prismana spawns are not always immediate. However, the Prismatic Energy tiers and guaranteed spawn at full energy give you a clear progression path instead of relying entirely on random luck. If you’re serious about collecting Prismana Animo, manage your free Nurtures, use Shards when you want specific encounters, and always be ready to capture rare Umbra forms along the way.
