Finding rare eggs in Ride a Pet can take a lot of time if you are searching for them manually. This is where Radars become useful. These items can point you toward specific egg rarities, making it much easier to locate the eggs you actually want. There are several Radars available through the Gears Shop, and each one focuses on a different egg rarity. The more expensive the Radar, the higher the rarity of the egg it can track.

What Do All Radars Do in Ride a Pet?

There are currently six regular Radars in Ride a Pet. Each Radar is designed to locate eggs from a specific rarity, starting with Rare and going all the way up to Ethereal.

Here are all of the available Radars and the eggs they can track.

Advanced Radar

  • Price: $50
  • Targets: Rare Eggs
  • Duration: 5 minutes
  • Shop: Gears Shop

The Advanced Radar is the cheapest Radar available. When activated, it points toward a Rare Egg currently available on the map.

Eggs it can track include:

  • Cracked Egg
  • Easter Egg
  • Stone Egg
  • Leaf Egg

This Radar is useful during the early stages of the game when you are still building up your Coins.

Jewel Radar

  • Price: $3,000
  • Targets: Epic Eggs
  • Duration: 5 minutes
  • Shop: Gears Shop

The Jewel Radar moves up to Epic Eggs. It can help you find several useful eggs without having to search the entire map yourself.

Eggs it can track include:

  • Mushroom Egg
  • Flower Egg
  • Slime Egg
  • Ice Egg

Royal Radar

  • Price: $20,000
  • Targets: Legendary Eggs
  • Duration: 5 minutes
  • Shop: Gears Shop

The Royal Radar is designed for Legendary Eggs. It costs more than the previous Radars but allows you to search for a higher rarity.

Eggs it can track include:

  • Glass Egg
  • Golden Egg

Magic Radar

  • Price: $300,000
  • Targets: Mythic Eggs
  • Duration: 5 minutes
  • Shop: Gears Shop

The Magic Radar is made for players who are hunting Mythic Eggs. It can point toward several different Mythic eggs that are currently available on the map.

Eggs it can track include:

  • Crystal Egg
  • Skull Egg
  • Dominus Egg
  • Flaming Egg
  • Sinister Egg
  • Soul Egg

Angelic Radar

  • Price: $7,000,000
  • Targets: Divine Eggs
  • Duration: 5 minutes
  • Shop: Gears Shop

The Angelic Radar is used to locate Divine Eggs. It is significantly more expensive than the Magic Radar, so it is generally more useful once you have progressed further into the game.

Eggs it can track include:

  • Aurora Egg
  • Galaxy Egg

Eternal Radar

  • Price: $30,000,000
  • Targets: Ethereal Eggs
  • Duration: 5 minutes

The Eternal Radar is currently the highest-rarity regular Radar. It points toward Ethereal Eggs, making it especially useful for players searching for some of the rarest eggs.

Eggs it can track include:

  • Blackhole Egg
  • Cherub Egg

How to Use a Radar in Ride a Pet

Using a Radar is fairly simple. First, visit the Gears Shop and purchase the Radar you want.

After buying it, the Radar will be placed in your inventory. Select the Radar to equip it, then click anywhere on the screen to activate it.

Every regular Radar provides one use. Once activated, it will point toward a suitable egg for five minutes. After the five-minute duration ends, the Radar is consumed and disappears from your inventory.

Because every Radar is a single-use item, make sure you are ready to search for the egg before activating it.

Which Egg Does a Radar Point Toward?

A Radar does not simply point toward any random egg from its rarity. Instead, it searches for the best egg of that rarity currently available on the map. For example, if you activate a Jewel Radar, it will look for the best available Epic Egg and point you toward it.

This makes the higher-rarity Radars particularly useful when you want to find specific valuable eggs without wasting time checking every spawn location.

What Is the Infinite Radar?

The Infinite Radar is different from the regular Radars because it is not a consumable item. The Infinite Radar is a Gamepass that can help you locate eggs that are difficult to see or hidden around the map. This is especially useful when eggs spawn in locations where objects, trees, or other parts of the environment can block your view.

For example, if you activate the Infinite Radar near a tree, it can point toward an egg hidden among the tree branches.

How to Get Infinite Radar

The Infinite Radar can be purchased from the Ride a Pet Shop for 399 Robux. Once purchased, it is permanently added to your inventory. Unlike the normal Radars, it has unlimited uses and does not have a cooldown. This makes it a convenient option for players who frequently search for hidden eggs and do not want to keep purchasing individual Radars.

Radars make egg hunting much easier in Ride a Pet, especially when you are searching for high-rarity eggs. Each regular Radar is tied to a specific egg rarity, with the Eternal Radar currently reaching Ethereal Eggs. For normal gameplay, choose a Radar based on the rarity you want to find. If you spend a lot of time searching for eggs hidden around the map, the Infinite Radar provides a more convenient permanent option with unlimited uses.
