Clover Time has several types of Chests that can give you useful items. By opening Chests, you can get crafting materials, Potions, Mana Crystals, Spins, and even rare Pets. There are currently three Chest types in the beta version of Clover Time: Normal Chest, Medium Chest, and Big Chest. Each one has different ways to obtain it and different rewards. Here is everything you need to know about Clover Time Chests and their possible drops.
All Chest Types in Clover Time
There are three main Chest types available in Clover Time:
- Normal Chest: Epic rarity. Usually dropped by early-game bosses and gives basic materials, Potions, and other useful items.
- Medium Chest: Legendary rarity. Comes from stronger bosses and gives better crafting materials, Potions, Mana Crystals, and Spins.
- Big Chest: Mythic rarity. Comes from some of the strongest bosses and has a chance to give other Chests, Mana Crystals, Spins, and rare items.
Each Chest also has a storage limit, so make sure to open them regularly if you are farming a lot.
How to Get Normal Chests
Normal Chests are mainly obtained by defeating early-game bosses. The bosses that can drop them are:
- Chain Bandit Boss
- Earth Bandit Boss

Each of these bosses has a 9.5% chance to drop a Normal Chest. The Chain Bandit Boss is one of the easiest bosses to farm if your main goal is getting Normal Chests. You can also get Normal Chests from Daily Rewards and Playtime Rewards. The maximum number of Normal Chests you can hold is 50.

- Heath Grice Boss
- Magna Swing Boss
Each of these bosses has a 0.75% chance to drop a Big Chest. You can only hold 10 Big Chests at a time. The Fire Mage Boss is the easiest option for farming Big Chests. It is also special because it can drop all three types of Chests.
Big Chest Drops
Big Chests have some of the best rewards in Clover Time. They can even give you other Chests and extremely rare items. Possible drops include:
- Yuls — 10%
- Spins — 12%
- Normal Chest — 12%
- Medium Chest — 10%
- Crystal Mana Fragments — 8.3%
- Mana Crystals — 6.7%

- Crazy Cyclone — 0.01%
- Mana Compass — 0.0035%
- Nero Pet — 0.00023%
You can also get limited-time EXP Boost, Yuls Earning Boost, and Luck Boost rewards. The Nero Pet has an extremely low drop chance, making it one of the rarest rewards you can get from a Big Chest.
Which Chest Should You Farm?
The best Chest to farm depends on what you need. If you are still early in the game, Normal Chests are the easiest to get. They provide basic materials and low-level Potions that can help with progression.
Medium Chests are better if you need stronger crafting materials, Spins, or higher-level Potions. Big Chests are the best choice if you are looking for rare rewards. However, their drop rate from bosses is much lower, so you will need to spend more time farming. If you are specifically trying to get Big Chests, Fire Mage Boss is a good target because it can drop all three Chest types.
Chests are an important part of progression in Clover Time. Normal Chests are easy to farm and provide basic materials, while Medium Chests offer better rewards. Big Chests are much harder to obtain but can contain some extremely rare items.
If you are farming bosses, remember to check your Chest storage so you do not reach the limit. Opening your Chests regularly also gives you materials and other items that can help with crafting, combat, fishing, and character progression. As Clover Time receives new updates, more Chest types and rewards may be added to the game.
