The ticket allows you to board the Phantom Express, which arrives every 30 minutes, on the hour and at the half-hour mark.
Follow these steps to get the Manor Key:

Obtain the Phantom Express Ticket. Make sure you have it before heading to the train.

Equip the ticket in your hand and board the Phantom Express when it arrives.

After reaching Forgotten Town, head to the left side of the area.

Look for a green pond with a whirlpool.

Enter the whirlpool to reach the secret fishing area.

Use your fishing rod and continue fishing until you obtain the Manor Key.

Return to The Corrupted Realm and locate the Abandoned Manor.

Approach the entrance and press the E key to unlock the door.
The Manor Key is the main requirement for accessing this location. If you do not obtain it on your first attempt, keep fishing in the secret area until you find it.
How to Use the Fuse Machine for the Divine Cursed Monarch Egg
After unlocking the Abandoned Manor, you can access its special Fuse Machine. Unlike other machines in Steal an Egg, this one requires you to work with another player and provide two specific pets. Make sure you and your friend have the required pets ready before starting the fusion process.
Here is how to get the Divine Cursed Monarch Egg:

Enter the Abandoned Manor through the unlocked entrance.

Head upstairs to the first floor.

Find the room containing four pedestals. This is where the Fuse Machine is located.

Team up with a friend to prepare the required pets.

Place one Voidseer Pumpkin and one Ghost Fish Pet into the Fuse Machine.

Complete the fusion process to receive the Divine Cursed Monarch Egg.
Both you and your friend will receive the Divine Cursed Monarch Egg after completing the process. Since the machine requires specific pets, prepare them beforehand to avoid making unnecessary trips.
How to Get the Divine Cursed Monarch Pet
Once you have obtained the Divine Cursed Monarch Egg, return to the main area of Steal an Egg to hatch it. You do not need to remain inside the Abandoned Manor after receiving the egg, so you can head straight back to your base.
Place the Divine Cursed Monarch Egg at your base and wait for the hatching process to finish. Afterward, you will obtain the Divine Cursed Monarch Pet. Make sure you have successfully received the egg from the Fuse Machine before leaving the manor, as the egg is the item required to obtain the pet.
Getting the Divine Cursed Monarch Egg in Steal an Egg requires you to unlock the Abandoned Manor and use its special Fuse Machine.
