iPhone 6S Durability: Dropping, Scratching and Waterproof Issues
iPhone 6S Durability : Dropping, Scratching and Waterproof Issues
Every new smartphone that made by all developers is meant to be better than the last, but the hardiness is often not included in that upgrade. That is why we need to talk about the iPhone 6S durability. The new iPhone 6S is heavier and thicker than the previous version. The iPhone 6S was made for durability, with a stronger aluminum enclosure according to the Apple claims that describes as “made from the same grade used in the aerospace industry”.
The iPhone 6S equipped with a glass screen that Apple says is the “most durable in the smartphone industry”. Then what do you think about that statements? As we know that is this only marketing speak. Now the iPhone 6S has been dropped, scratched, and the waterproof issues. Is the new iPhone 6S actually tougher than the iPhone ever? Okay, let’s talk about the iPhone 6S durability.
Dropping and scratching the iPhone 6S
The bending is not quite in the same consumer issues as a dropping the smartphones. The new harder ingredients aluminium that used to bulit the iPhone. It helps the iPhone survive drops onto it’s back and edges better than the last, with fewer marks and deformations in the frame of iPhone. However, dropping the iPhone 6S onto the screen still has a predictable effect that we can see clearly. Apple has claimed that the iPhone 6S’s X-ion glass screen is the hardest in the business. While it will stand up to keys, knives, but for the grit and sandpaper are not good for the iPhone 6S’s.
Are the new iPhones waterproof?
There is no statement from Apple that claimed the iPhone 6S is waterproof. But it seems that the iPhone 6S is a lot more capable of surviving for a dip into water than the last year’s, iPhone 6, and also most the others non-waterproof or water-resistant smartphones ever. According to the vblogger Zach Straley test, The iPhone was survived of an hour submersion in water and its still working without issue. Even the exposed, the Lightning and headphones ports on the iPhone 6S worked fine after the dip and continued to do for 48 hours later. This does not mean that the new iPhone 6S is waterproof. Maybe the future iPhone models will have the water resistance as the official features though.
That is all about the iPhone 6S Durability. What do you tink about the iPhone 6S Durability? Well, we only can wait for the best iPhone in the future generation.
