How to Play Minecraft with Your Friends without Using Data or Wi-Fi

Minecraft is a fun game if you can play it with your friend and family. It is a great multiplayer game, however for someone that download it illegally (especially for Android user), playing it online isn’t an available option. Which is why playing with your friends locally is your only option. How do you do it? Well, by doing this simple step, you will be able to play it with your friends.

First and foremost: Remember to to change your name to your liking, as 2 of the same named user will for some reason make your server lag.

The first step to play with your friends is to have the same and exact version of Minecraft. So either Share it, or download the same version.

So here is the step to play with your friends :

  1. Open up your personal hotspot
    screenshot_2017-06-16-12-01-37-16to play with your friends, you need to have a connection with your friends phone. So open up the personal hotspot on your phone. Either yours or your friends phone, and connect it!

2. Open up your Minecraft and go to the Setting

Go in the profile setting and change your name to something else. Not Steve, and Toggle on the Cellular DataNote: Like i said in the beginning. This tutorial won’t lose you any data, but you need to toggle this on to make it work.

3. Create or choose your world

After choosing your world, your friends will be able to see it in the multiplayer tab. However, you both need to turn on your mobile data first.

        4. After Join in the world turn off your data packet!
