Honor has unveiled its highly anticipated Honor 90 series, the latest addition to its prestigious lineup. As the successor to the popular Honor 80 series, these high-end smartphones promise an exceptional user experience.

The Honor 90 Pro features a sleek design with distinct enhancements. The phone boasts two separate oval-shaped camera modules, a design inspired by haute couture and luxury jewellery. With a glass body, metallic frame, and a slim profile of 8.1mm, it offers a premium look and feel.

The front showcases a captivating 6.78-inch curved display with impressive features. It offers a high resolution, smooth 120Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of 1600 nits, and a wide range of colours. The display’s quad-curved design incorporates Circadian Night Display technology, reducing eye strain. The pill-shaped punch-hole design houses dual front-facing cameras, ensuring great selfie capabilities.

The Honor 90 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, delivering powerful performance. It comes with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, allowing seamless multitasking and ample space for your data. The device is fueled by a large 5,000mAh battery, supporting fast charging to keep you connected for longer.

Notably, the Honor 90 Pro supports 5G networking, distinguishing it from its parent company, Huawei. It runs on the Android 13 OS-based MagicOS 7.1, providing a user-friendly experience. The phone also offers various connectivity features, including Bluetooth 5.2 and support for LDAC, AptX, and AptX HD codecs. Additionally, it features an under-display fingerprint scanner and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfers.

The Honor 90 Pro excels in photography with its triple-camera setup on the rear. It includes a 200-megapixel primary sensor, a 32-megapixel telephoto sensor with optical zoom, and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. For selfies, the front houses a dual-camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary shooter and a 2-megapixel depth-of-field sensor.

The Honor 90 Pro is launching in China, with pre-orders currently available. It comes in attractive color options, including Diamond Silver, Peacock Blue, Emerald Green, and Midnight Black. The base model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage starts at 3,299 Yuan (approximately 466 US Dollars). There are also higher-tier variants with more storage available at slightly higher prices.
