Black Swan Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.0 Release on February 6

Get ready for the much-anticipated arrival of Black Swan in Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.0, set to debut on February 6, 2024. This new five-star wind-type Nihility character brings a fresh perspective to the game with her unique abilities and focuses on the Arcana damage-over-time (DoT) effect.

Arcana is the key element in Black Swan’s arsenal, and many of her abilities revolve around building up this powerful effect. Stacking Arcana occurs whenever a DoT effect is applied to an enemy, unleashing wind damage on the enemy’s turn.

Black Swan Honkai: Star Rail Skills Sets Information

Black Swan’s basic attack, Percipience, Silent Dawn, targets a single enemy, dealing wind damage with a chance to inflict Arcana. If the enemy already has Wind Shear, Bleed, Burn, or Shock applied, there’s an additional opportunity to stack more Arcana.

Her skill, Decadence, False Twilight, extends this ability to multiple targets and may even reduce enemy DEF. Meanwhile, her technique, From Facade to Verite, starts the battle by applying a stack of Arcana.

Loom of Fate’s Caprice, Black Swan’s talent, enhances the effects of Arcana based on the number of stacks on an enemy. This can result in increased damage and the application of Arcana stacks to adjacent enemies. If more than seven Arcana stacks are applied, the damage will ignore a percentage of the enemy’s DEF.

Black Swan’s ultimate move, Bliss of Otherworld’s Embrace, unleashes wind damage on all enemies and introduces another condition called Epiphany. This condition adds extra damage as if the enemy were affected by Wind Shear, Bleed, Burn, and Shock, while also preventing Arcana stacks from resetting on the enemy’s turn.
