How to Get C-Moon in Bridger: Western Guide
C-Moon is one of the more interesting Stands you can obtain in Bridger: Western, but you cannot simply find it lying around the map. There are a few requirements you need to complete first, including a quest connected to White Snake and several items. Once you have everything ready, the final part requires you to get eight specific kills in Greenland. This guide explains the full C-Moon unlock process, including the required items, the White Snake quest, where to place DIO’s Bone, and how to complete the final kill requirement.
C-Moon Requirements
Before starting the C-Moon quest, make sure you have the necessary prerequisites. You need:
- White Snake
- White Snake Disc Quest completed
- 1 Vampire Fang
- 1 Rokakaka
- 1 Meteor Shard
- Access to Greenland
The White Snake Disc Quest is particularly important. If you have not completed it yet, you will need to finish it before you can properly start the C-Moon progression.
If you have already completed the Disc Quest for trading or other reasons, you can move on to collecting the three required items.
Complete the White Snake Disc Quest
The first major requirement is having the White Snake Disc Quest completed. This is essentially a prerequisite for interacting with the NPC needed to begin the C-Moon process. If you have played Bridger: Western for a while and have already completed the quest, you do not need to repeat it.
However, newer players should make sure this requirement is finished before spending time collecting the other materials. Once the Disc Quest is done, you can continue with the C-Moon requirements.
Collect a Vampire Fang
The first item required for the C-Moon quest is a Vampire Fang. You need to have one in your inventory before talking to the required NPC. The Vampire Fang is not considered one of the hardest items to obtain, so this should be a fairly manageable part of the process.
If you are already familiar with farming rare materials in Bridger: Western, getting one should not take too long.
Get a Rokakaka
The next required item is a Rokakaka. Make sure you have one available before moving forward. You will need to provide it as part of the requirements for obtaining DIO’s Bone. If you already have a Rokakaka stored away, you can save yourself some extra farming time.
Find a Meteor Shard
The third item you need is a Meteor Shard. Once you have all three items, you should have:
- Vampire Fang
- Rokakaka
- Meteor Shard
With these materials ready, you can proceed to the NPC connected to the C-Moon quest.
Talk to Pucci
After collecting the required items, return to Pucci and interact with him. Once you meet the requirements, Pucci will give you DIO’s Bone. This item is important because it starts the final stage of the C-Moon unlock process. After receiving DIO’s Bone, your next destination is Greenland. Make sure you do not lose track of the Bone, because you need to take it to a specific location.
Take DIO’s Bone to Greenland
Travel to Greenland with DIO’s Bone in your inventory. Once you reach the correct location, you can place the Bone at the designated spot. This begins the final requirement for unlocking C-Moon. After placing DIO’s Bone, you will need to complete a special kill objective.
Get 8 Kills in Greenland
The final part of the C-Moon quest requires you to get eight kills in Greenland. There is an important restriction, however. You cannot use just any weapon or attack. The kills must be obtained using:
- Fist
- Spin
You cannot use guns, Molotovs, explosions, or other similar methods to complete this requirement. Because of this restriction, fighting normally can be a little more difficult, especially if you are trying to complete the requirement against random players.
How to Get the 8 Kills Faster
The easiest way to handle the kill requirement is to coordinate with other players or friends. You can arrange fights in Greenland and make sure the required kills are performed using Fist or Spin. This is much easier than trying to randomly find eight players who are willing to fight you under the quest’s restrictions.
Before starting, make sure you are actually using Fist or Spin for the final hit. Getting a kill with a gun or another prohibited attack will not count toward the requirement. Keep repeating the process until you reach all eight kills.
Get C-Moon
After completing the eight required kills, the main part of the C-Moon progression is finished. You may need to return to Pucci and speak with him again to finalize the quest, depending on the current version of the game. If C-Moon does not immediately appear after completing the kills, return to Pucci and check for another dialogue or quest step. Once everything is complete, you should receive access to C-Moon.
Getting C-Moon in Bridger: Western is fairly straightforward once you know the required route. The main things to prepare are White Snake, the completed Disc Quest, a Vampire Fang, a Rokakaka, and a Meteor Shard.
After giving the required items to Pucci, you will receive DIO’s Bone. Take it to Greenland, place it at the required location, and complete eight kills using only Fist or Spin. Once the objective is complete, return to Pucci if necessary to finish the process.
The eight-kill requirement is probably the easiest part to handle with friends, especially because guns, Molotovs, and explosive attacks cannot be used. With the materials prepared beforehand, you can work through the C-Moon quest without too much trouble.
