Dislyte is Getting Lots of Hate for Stealing Concept on Early Access Games
Dislyte is one of the most popular mobile games today, with attractive graphics accompanied by BGM that is very fun to listen to, this mobile game from Lilith Game managed to occupy number 10 on the Google Play Store. However, it was recently discovered that the mobile game was rumoured to be stealing concepts from an Early Access Game.
In a video from a famous Youtuber, he covered the mobile game Dislyte which turned out to be very similar to another game that was opening its early access “Spin Rhythm”. The video entitled “Top free gacha game STEALS concept for early access rhythm game and we should talk about it” presents Spin Rhythm’s gameplay, which is very similar to the Dislyte mini game that has been implemented in the game.
Many players then feel disappointed with the developer, one of the most memorable comments is from The Way that said ‘It’s outrageous that major mobile gaming conglomerates can see unique concepts within indie games and view them as free real estate for their gacha minigames. The Dislyte devs even stole the DJ aesthetic that Spin Rhythm has had as its identity from the beginning. Utterly disgusting.”
