Here’s Hotta Studio Solution for Deleted Account in Tower of Fantasy!

Tower of Fantasy has just been massively banned in the last few days. This banned penalty is carried out for users who are identified as cheating, taking advantage of bugs, and other things. Unfortunately, Hotta Studio’s attempt to ban the Tower of Fantasy cheater actually affected other innocent accounts. Their Tower of Fantasy account got deleted.

Several hours ago, Tower of Fantasy users, claimed to be banned for no reason even though they only logged in via mobile and PC. It is suspected that the system implemented by Hotta Studio triggered this ban due to the changing IP address in Tower of Fantasy.

There is no news regarding the Hotta Studio teams that we contacted. But In contrast to the marketing team, the Hotta Studio team at Discord instantly built a Google Docs form to track accounts that were mistakenly banned for this reason.

According to the official Discord update, users are only required to fill out the Google Docs form at the following link if they believe that their account was banned without justification. However, they cannot promise whether they will immediately answer questions from every Tower of Fantasy player to Hotta Studio. This is because they admit that there are too many complaints and questions that have been put to them.

However, fans complained that their accounts were banned because they logged in to Tower of Fantasy via Mobile and PC alternately. Not a few claim to do top up on mobile then log in on a PC but get banned without any notification or reason. Seems like there are many bugs in the game still!
