Tower of Fantasy Compensate Their Players 800 Dark Crystal in Total!

The game Tower of Fantasy, developed by Hotta Studio, was recently affected by a bug. The bug caused the Nemesis banner as the only DPS support character to suddenly vanish and transformed the player’s Flame Gold to Black Gold which is one of the pity in the game. Consequently, many gamers are dissatisfied with the open-world MMORPG and Hotta acknowledged this, and responded to the existing issue by announcing they would repair the flaw and compensate all affected players.

Hotta Studio Admits Bug Error In Nemesis Banner Tower of Fantasy and Compensate their player

Through posts in the game, Tower of’s official website, there are 3 main problems present in the game, 2 of which are problems related to the Nemesis banner. In some situations, the event suddenly vanishes and Flame Gold, which is the pity system of the game, disappears and becomes Black Gold. This causes gamers to panic, and even after the banner has been fixed, players have not retrieved the lost and changed Flame Gold.

The final issue is that the rewards button is unavailable on certain in-game event pages, such as Side by Side I and II, Pioneer Gifts, and so on. As compensation, players will receive 300 Dark Crystals. With a total of 800 Dark Crystals, players can get 5x free gacha to get the character they want in Tower of Fantasy.

Existing compensation will be given 1-5 days as promised by Hotta Studio, so if you haven’t received the compensation, please wait.

Thankfully this is just a bug, and Hotta Studio will provide a fix and compensation for the issue.
