Apple has modified the way it differentiates its Pro and non-Pro models by RAM size in the previous two years. The iPhone 12 and 12 mini, for example, have 4GB of RAM apiece, while the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max have 6GB of RAM.

Another example scenario can be attained from the iPhone 13 model, with the 13 small and 13 utilizing 4GB of RAM and the Pro model having 6GB of RAM. According to the Xcode 14 Beta, future iPhone 14 models will have 6GB of RAM.

Since the iPhone 11, this is the first time that all iPhone models have had the same RAM. The RAM difference will be related to the RAM model, with the iPhone 14 Pro having LPDDR5 RAM and the standard 14 models using LPDDR4X RAM, according to the most recent rumours. However, no confirmation has been received, and Apple has not divulged anything.
