Nexus 6P Doesn’t Have OIS Feature But Has Larger Micron Pixels
Nexus 6P OIS : It Doesn’t Have OIS Feature But Has Larger Micron Pixels
We have already talked about the Nexus 6P NFC, now we are talking about the Nexus 6P OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). The camera of Nexus 6P has a 12.3 Mega Pixels resolution. Google states it was originally made for point-and-shoot cameras. The camera on Nexus 6P shots at f/2.0 with IR laser-assisted autofocus, a broad-spectrum CRI-90 dual flash, and captures 1.55-micron pixels. This is not like the Apple 6S Plus that has an OIS feature, the Nexus 6P camera does not have optical image stabilization (OIS) feature. But, the larger micron pixels is an equivalent replacement. The Snapdragon 810 processor was also powered this Nexus. A special burst mode is available on the camera. The Nexus 6P also has slow motion feature. It will allow you to capture slow-motion video up to 240fps. For the 4K video quality capture is limited to 30fps.
Nexus 6P do not have OIS
Again, we need to make this clear. The camera of Nexus 6P have no OIS ability, but it has come with the larger micron pixels (1.55-micron pixels) and high resolution (12.3-megapixel sensor).
You can see many samples of the Nexus 6P photo result. We have also already talked the Nexus 6P camera samples by Romain Guy. However, if you like to get an OIS ability, you can just choose the other smartphone like the iPhone 6S plus. But, when you like to get a more professional photo, you can use a professional camera like Canon, Nikon, and etc.
About the Nexus 6P camera feature
The camera App opens very fast, focuses extremely quickly because of IR laser-assisted autofocus. You can capture a photo in just seconds. To get the best photos you can used the camera built-in HDR+ mode, which slows down the time to capture a photo. If you need to get off multiple shots in seconds, you can turn off the HDR+ setting. But, if you want to get the best performance of the camera, you can use the HDR+ at all times. Do not forget for the Nexus 6P slow motion video, you can record a great video in slow motion mode by the Nexus 6P.
Well, that is all about the Nexus 6P OIS issue. Thus, we have known that the Nexus 6P do not have OIS. Please, tell us about your opinion at the comment. Thanks for coming up.
